Chandler Automotive was founded in 1965 in Cicero, NY. The company has expanded and grown consistently over our 47 year history while receiving dozens of awards for outstanding service. Our mission at Chandler's has not wavered since day 1; provide the best service in Central New York to each customer at each visit. Today, we have a wide array of services, products, rewards, specials, and the best people in the business that are all here working for you.
The People Behind the Cars
Our service department has won the AAA Top Shop award 7 years straight under the direction of Service Manager, Andy Parow and Customer Service Manager, Matt Palmisano.
Andy Parow
Andy Parow joined the Chandler Automotive team in 1999 and has received the highest CSI scores in Onondaga County year after year. When asked how he achieves this level of service success year after year, Andy says "It's simple really, always earn tomorrows business with today's service."
Matt Palmisano
Matt Palmisano is a 12 year service professional himself and was recruited to Chandler Automotive in 2009. When asked about Chandler mission, Matt responds "It's quite an adjustment from a big box store where everyone is a number to providing service at Chandler's. I didn't believe them in the interview, but now I understand why we do it...it's fun to be a part of such a great team."
With 13 bays stocked with the latest technology, the highest quality tools, and the best ASE certified technicians at their disposal, fast turnaround time is the norm here.
Roger Chandler
The sales team at Chandler's understands what it takes to deliver the right vehicle to a satisfied customer. We're proud to offer the fastest deliveries in town. The formula has worked 47 years of steady growth and continues to improve with each passing year. The department is still managed by Roger Chandler, the founder of Chandler Automotive. How many high volume dealerships have the business's founder on site to answer all questions? Roger can usually be found asking customers how their visit to Chandler's was, and if there is anything we could do to improve the experience. Roger's belief in the value of great products backed by great service has been an inspiration to everyone at Chandler's and the 150,000 plus visits by our customers over the last 47 years.
Roseanne Smith
Roger is joined in sales by Roseanne Smith, a 22 year finance specialist. Rosanne does business with banks, credit unions, and finance companies 6 days a week for thousands of happy customers. When asked why her financing success rate is so high, Rosanne said "I've been helping customers with their finance needs for more years than I can remember. The relationships I have with our lenders are beyond comparison. They treat me like royalty and I pass that on to each of our applicants, every time."
Justin Chandler
Joining us in 1999 is our newest member, Justin Chandler. Justin is a recent Army veteran who is pursuing a degree in physical therapy. Justin works most afternoons, every evening and weekends at Chandlers. When asked how he manages to accomplish so much, Justin responds "It's easy when your family is just starting out like mine is. I need to be successful in order to put food on my table and chase the American dream. At Chandler's, we have the latest technology and processes and that's how I can service as many satisfied customers as I do."
Kent Chandler
Kent Chandler is a 26 year employee of Chandler's. Kent has ascended through all aspects of the business and is well grounded in providing service. Serving as the General Manager for over a decade, Kent focuses on a "customer 1st" attitude and has instilled this in every person at Chandler's. Kent responds "I take every customer visit personally, I will give the best service every time guaranteed, and my family depends on this."
